She worked at Mitchell John Salon for 21 years before relocating to House of Colour in 2022.
She trained with Bumble & Bumble NYC scissor and razor cutting for many years and Wella, Goldwell and Redken advanced color education. She is extension and keratin certified.
She loves multidimensional color (highlights and balayage), bouncy layers and textured razor cuts as much as sleek styles and men’s clipper cuts
Angela has been working in the industry for over 25 years. Working in Boston her whole life. She worked at Avanti Salon and Maksou before opening her own salon. She worked at Che Maksou before rebranding to House of Colour since 2018.
She specializes in dry cutting the John Sahag technique. She is has certified training in Goldwell, Wella,Redkin, and Framesi color. She has certified training in Bumble & Bumble razor cutting.
She also specializes in updo’s and make-up for weddings and special events. She also worked in a Barbeshop where she learned and mastered men’s hair cuts.
Jacqui was with Marc Harris in 2004 and has been in the current company since 2008. What she enjoys most about her job is making clients happy. She listens to everything the client says and then gives her opinion to come up with the best results for the client. Jacqui is a very honest, outgoing and dedicated person. She is timely and always thinks of the client. She always does the best that she can to accomplish what the client asks for. Always listens to the client’s needs and their at home hair maintenance to determine what will work best for them.
Growing up with an artist as a mother gave me the template to be a stylist. I was messing about with hair my whole life and I knew this was the kind of art I wanted to create and perfect.
I have been in the industry since I was 13 but formally trained for 20 years. I was educated at Vidal Sassoon and have worked and educated for Bumble & Bumble and Goldwell.
My favorite thing to do is precision cuts. Geometrics is my specialty coming from the house of Vidal Sassoon. I love to work with natural textures because I shape and cut where the hair lives and is shaped to the face of the individual.
I’m all about details and I take my time; it makes the difference.
